It is sooooooo against all the rules of Caesar Millan but he falls asleep there and he is sooooo cute. I am such a bad "pack leader".

I wouldn't worry too much about what Ceaser has to say... I think some of his advice is important if you have a dog with issues that doesn't respect and listen to you but Zach loves, respects AND listens to you, not in spite of all your love and affection, but because of it. Just my 2 cents!
